Following his conviction for first degree assault, the superior court sentenced Michael Alan Wentz to a fifteen year term of imprisonment with three years suspended. Wentz appealed, claiming that his sentence was too severe. The court of appeals concluded that the superior court was clearly mistaken and ordered its sentence modified to fifteen years with five years suspended. We reverse.
